Building Inspection Services
We do not perform certified home inspections. As building contractors, an evaluation is being performed.
Buyers are welcome to join me during inspections, so that all your questions and concerns can be addressed.
Most inspections will take approximately 3 to 4 hours on site. Afterwards, a written report of evaluation and estimated cost for repairs shall be furnished to the client by the building contractor within a reasonable amount of time after the completion of the evaluation.
